As of April, 1997, "Vestnik" is also published
on-line. Internet version does not replace the printed magazine. To provide
faster access to the material you are interested in, we omitted many illustrations
and photos. Only about half of the approximately 20 feature articles printed
in every issue of the magazine will be put on-line. As our site becomes
more popular, we will increase the number of on-line articles. Besides
the current issue of the magazine (which appears here several days prior
to the printed version), you can also visit past issues. Unfortunately
we cannot provide English translation for the magazine content, but we
hope that non-Russian speaking visitors will still find some of the information
useful. If you do speak Russian, please explore the Russian part of the
site (available in KOI-8 and Windows
encodings), where you'll find selected articles from the magazine, archive
of the past materials and more. If you don't - find out more about "Vestnik
" in the "General Information" section.
